Description:

The Debtors Manager will be responsible for strategic planning and managing the debtors team, which services all the companies within the group and accounts with credit controllers. Managing the monthly invoice process on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric
2. BCom in Accounting
3. 7 - 10 Years Debtors Management experience essential
4. Hospitality experience advantageous
5. Previous team management experience
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Deadline driven individual
8. Ability to multi-task
9. Multi property or multi company management experience essential
10. Experience with High Volume transactions
11. Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
12. Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
13. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
14. Huge emphasis on staff training and development
15. Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
16. Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
17. Great attention to detail
18. Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
19. Team Player who leads by example
20. Proactive in approach
