Automated CIS Testing Specialist Location: Johannesburg Type: Full-Time | Operations We are seeking an experienced Automated CIS Testing Specialistto support testing across key financial market systems.
The role involves designing, developing, and executing both manual and automated tests for software upgrades, system changes, and Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) processes before they move into production.
Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute test cases and automation scripts.
Perform automated and manual testing across CIS lifecycle processes (subscriptions, redemptions, pricing, NAV, settlements).
Validate end-to-end system flows, integrations, and messaging (ISO, SWIFT, APIs).
Identify defects, assess risks, and ensure full test coverage.
Support regulatory and operational compliance through accurate testing.
Communicate testing outcomes to operations, change control, and project teams.
Requirements IT Degree/Diploma/Certification (ISEB Software Testing advantageous).4+ years' testing experience in financial markets or securities.
Experience with automation tools and testing frameworks.
Strong understanding of CIS processes and settlement environments.
