What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the Financial Manager to keep our accounts, budgets, and reports on track. Expect a role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and filled with opportunities to learn and grow.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily accounting functions — data entry, reconciliations, and record keeping. Supporting the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Processing invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments. Helping monitor cash flow and track departmental spending. Assisting with month-end and year-end closings. Liaising with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Maintaining organized financial records and assisting with audits.
Requirements
You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B Com Accounting plus training contract completed with SAICA or SAIPA). You have 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role. You’re accurate, analytical, and organized, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quick Books, Sage, or ERP systems). You communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively. You’re eager to grow your career in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
