Role Description
Oversee financial planning, project funding, and investment structuring for major energy projects.
Lead project finance transactions, debt and equity arrangements, and investor relations.
Manage financial risk, compliance, and reporting across the group and project SPVs.
Collaborate with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure bankability and investor confidence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA, CA, or MBA preferred.
10+ years' experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with at least 5 years in oil & gas or infrastructure finance
Proven track record in raising capital, structuring deals, and managing complex financial models.
