One of our clients in the outdoor apparel space, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, operational environment. What you’ll be doing: Managing monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Driving cash flow, treasury, and working capital optimisation.
Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and cost control across the business.
Managing inventory accounting and ensuring accurate stock valuation.
Handling intercompany transactions and multi‑entity reporting.
Ensuring full compliance with SARS (VAT, PAYE, UIF, etc.).
Managing forex payments and international suppliers.
Improving and optimising ERP systems (Odoo advantageous).
Supporting and developing the finance team. Skills and Experience needed: Min 5 years proven experience as a Financial Manager, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of South African tax and compliance.
Experience in multi‑currency financial management will be advantageous.
Solid ERP experience (Odoo highly advantageous).
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and commercially savvy. Minimum Education and Training: BCom degree with completed SAICA or SAIPA traineeship/articles
Registered AGA(SA) or SAIPA qualification preferred
