Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
Assist with marketing and sales efforts, including sending out promotional materials and following up with potential clients
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Handle any other duties as assigned by management Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
