Position Details
Teaching Hours (must be available for both shifts):
Morning shift: 3 AM - 6 AM SAST (Mon-Sun)
Afternoon shift: 2 PM - 6 PM SAST (Mon-Sun)
Weekdays: Minimum 4 peak hours daily
Weekends: Minimum 5 peak hours daily
Rate: $6 USD per hour Contract Type: Independent Service Provider
Requirements
English first language speaker.
Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience.
Completed tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree).
Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
Clean criminal record.
Technical Requirements
PC: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU@2.0 GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8 GB RAM or greater.
Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download) via LAN cable.
Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (if in an area with power interruptions).
Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), and a quiet, well-lit teaching space.
