We are looking for an experienced Debtors / Creditors Clerk to join the team. The Clerk is primarily responsible for overseeing financial transactions within the organization, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, implementing effective credit control measures to minimize overdue payments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, whilst ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction.

Suitable candidates require:

Candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Experience on Pastel is essential
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Deadline driven
Proficient in using MS Office applications
A highly customer orientated attitude, self-starter, and strong work ethic
