Join a reputable and leading service provider in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industry! We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist with data capturing of candidate profiles and uploading supporting documentation via our in-house portal.
This is a full-time office-based position at our Durbanville office, with working hours 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who thrives on accuracy and loves ticking tasks off their list. Must reside in or near Durbanville and have own reliable transport. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Afrikaans. Fast typing speed with high accuracy. Previous computer experience essential, including Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and working with PDF files. Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Capturing large volumes of candidate data via our in-house portal. Storing and tracking confidential documents related to candidates. Sending emails to candidates requesting missing information or additional documentation.
