Minimum Requirements
Matric (Essential)2+ years Call Centre / Customer Service experience (Essential)Experience with Prepaid Electricity Systems, Tariff Billing, or Metering Support Strong computer literacy, fast and accurate typing & data capturing Ability to work confidently across multiple systems and channels:

Fluent in either English & Afrikaans OR English & Xhosa

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional remote customer service across multiple channels Assist customers with tariff queries, prepaid electricity token issues, meter troubleshooting, and billing questions Capture data accurately and quickly Manage multiple incoming queries while maintaining high quality Follow system workflows, scripts, and regulatory guidance Maintain professionalism and efficiency at all times
