We are seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to drive strategic improvements in user experience, conversions, and overall site performance across multiplebrands and websites.

Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives, driving significant improvements in user experience and conversion● Conduct advanced A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests to optimize key conversion funnels● Leverage advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities, track performance metrics, and measure the impact of optimizations, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.● Enhance user experience by conducting usability testing, heatmap analysis, and user journey mapping, applying creativity and innovation to experimentation and problem-solving.● Monitor site performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, staying ahead of the curve with the latest CRO trends, technologies, and best practices.● Mentor and guide team members on CRO principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Qualification● Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, specifically e-commerce, with 5+ years hands-on experience.● Technical proficiency in A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and tag management systems, including expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.● Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.● Problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.● Creativity and innovation, with a passion for experimentation and willingness to think outside the box.● Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work.● Excellent presentation and public speaking skills● Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills● Ability to plan and manage successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, assign tasks and areas of responsibility
