Vacancy: Creditors Clerk (Temporary Position) – Vereeniging, Gauteng
Our Client, a leader in the FMCG industry, has a position available for an experienced Creditors Clerk to join their dynamic team.
Applicants must reside in and around Vereeniging.
Duties & Responsibilities Reconcile to supplier’s statement and pay to agreed terms.
Process invoices in the correct financial period.
Processmonthly accruals.
Maintain Accounts Payable Reports.
Standardiseand optimiseaccounting structures and reporting.
Cash flow management.
Implementand maintainfinancial controls.
Cost analysis and control.
Business performance measurement and improvement.
Implementand adhereto international accounting practices.
Safeguardall company financial documentation. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 (Twelve) with Accountancy.
3 (Three) – 5 (Five) Years’ Accounts Payable experience in FMCG or financial environment.
Bookkeeping or Accounting Certificate isadvantageous.
Experience with GP (Great Plains) financial and ERP software.
Experienced in ALL ASPECTS of the Creditors function.
Competent in MS Office e.g., Excel and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without supervision.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Willing to work overtime as and when required.
Available to start immediately. Package & Remuneration
R22 000 – R24 000 per month, depending on experience.
