We’re growing and creating a brand-new leadership role to strengthen our lending operations.
Your Role:
Own the credit life cycle: evaluations, approvals, arrears management & recoveries Lead the Evaluations & Collections teams Implement strategies to maximise recoveries & minimise losses Sit on the Credit Committee & ensure compliance with the NCAMentor team leaders & drive operational excellence
Success Looks Like:
High collection success rates Controlled bad debt & portfolio risk Quick, accurate loan evaluations NCA & audit compliance Engaged, productive teams
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in credit/lending/collections, with 2+ in leadership Experience in microlending & performance management Strong understanding of NCA & Debt Collection Act Strategic, analytical, confident, and ethical leader
