Thompsons Travel is looking for an Emergency / After-Hours Senior Consultant , who has experience in client servicing and has outstanding customer service skills. Suitable candidates will service the after-hours facility.

8. Previous experience in after-hours is essential.

The following requirements are needed to deliver a customer-focused result:

1. Minimum 5 years in corporate travel environment
2. Online proficiency and experience
3. Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook
4. Proficiency in Amadeus, Quicktrav & Galileo
5. Good geographical knowledge
6. Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel
7. Ability to meet deadlines, targets, and attention to detail critical.
8. Good communication skills and a team player.
