About the role
This role is an opportunity to transition into the world of entrepreneurship and CEO forum facilitation. You can leverage your sales and customer-facing experience to become a CEO forum facilitator and learn how to sell to decision-makers while developing relationships with top founders and CEOs.
You’ll learn to facilitate CEO forums and best practices on starting and growing companies from zero to R1 billion in sales. You’ll go through our CEO Playbook training and elite-level program to learn the CEO and founder role. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and CEO forum management. Moreover, we offer a clear progression path, with the potential to move into a leadership role within two years.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of CEO forums, both in-person and virtual.
- Oversee forum discussions, ensuring high-quality interactions and engagement.
- Build relationships with existing members, identifying their needs and opportunities for further value creation.
- Continuously refine and improve your business knowledge and CEO forum facilitation skills.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new members.
- Pitch membership packages to CEOs and founders.
- Follow up with potential leads and close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Act as the point of contact for forum members, ensuring they are satisfied and feel supported.
- Track member feedback and adjust forum offerings to ensure continuous value.
- Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through their first interactions in the network.
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
- University degree.
- 1+ years of entrepreneurial experience.
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related).
- 1+ years of work experience in sales, startup, or consulting.
- Strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and business knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with CEOs and founders.
- Based in Johannesburg or can easily relocate.
- South African Citizen.
