MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Does all the mise en place, preparation, cutting of meat, fish.Cooking and arranging of food as instructed.Coordinate activities to ensure an efficient and smooth food service.Controls cost by minimising spoilage waste and exercising portion control Experience and Skills:Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar positionCompetent knife skillsKnowledge of basic herbs, spices and ingredients and their useAble to ensure all prep is doneMust be able to multitask and handle pressure Inherent Requirements:Matric CertificateDiploma in professional cookery advantageousFull Covid-19 Vaccination is mandatoryBENEFITS:Competitive Salary.Transport is possible between 18:00 pm 06:00 am to Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch, therefore all other transportation would be up to the individual.
