We are seeking a Data Cloud Specialist to support the setup and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud for customer and offer data unification, segmentation, and activation.
This role will focus on ensuring data readiness, identity resolution, and audience segmentation to enable activation across Salesforce platforms and reporting environments. The successful candidate will work closely with Salesforce, integration, and data teams to ensure accurate ingestion, harmonization, and activation of customer and product/offer datasets. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure Salesforce Data Cloud data ingestion and harmonisation components . Define identity resolution and unification rules where required. Support audience and segment creation for business and customer journey use cases. Collaborate with Salesforce and integration teams to ensure source data readiness. Assist with validation of activated data and downstream usage across systems. Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud . Strong knowledge of data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, and segment activation . Experience working with customer and product/offer datasets . Strong SQL and data analysis skills . Preferred Experience Experience working within financial services data domains . Experience activating data to Salesforce channels or reporting platforms . Configured Data Cloud data streams and mappings . Implemented identity and unification configurations where required. Validated segment and activation outputs to support business use cases.
