Role Overview We are seeking a commercially minded Client Service & Sales Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure the smooth administration and delivery of bespoke lighting projects.
This is a dual-focus role combining relationship-led sales and revenue ownership with hands-on sales administration and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will act as a central link between clients, sales, marketing, and production—owning the client journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
The role carries direct accountability for monthly revenue targets, while also ensuring that sales administration, logistics, and client communication are executed to a high standard.
