Current or previous culinary corticates / qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience working in a busy service environment
Excellent ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ability to remain calm in difficult situation
