A well established company based in Fourways is seeking a Buyer.

Duties:

To run daily, fortnightly and monthly stock replenishment reports
To perform regular follow-ups with suppliers on orders placed and ETA’s
To update all out of stock lines on Syspro
To obtain letters from suppliers for long term out of stock and discontinued items
To ensure that all pack sizes and volume per stocking units are correct on Syspro
To adhere to all minimum order values & case lots when ordering stock
To respond to all emails and queries in a timeous & professional manner
To assist GRN department with the creation of purchase orders for consignment stock
To assist GRN department at month-end with the capturing of invoices
To assist suppliers with sales reports and transfer requests
To assist our KZN & Cape Town warehouses with invoice requests and stock control queries
To assist Finance with obtaining of credit notes

Requirements:


Matric (Matriculants with Maths & Computer Literacy are Acceptable)
Intermediate excel skills
Previous data capturing, warehousing and inventory experience ( advantageous )
Relevant degree (Advantageous)

Competencies :

Ability to work with high degree of independence
Must have a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail
Effective & efficient time management skills

Computer Literacy:

MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
