Job Title: Business Supervisor

If the applicant resides in Bloemfontein, he/she must be willing to travel daily
Key Responsibilities:
Transport and Logistics:
Possess own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
Oversee dispatch and delivery management.
Ensure efficient stock management.

Stock Control:
Demonstrate expertise in stock control practices.
Utilize UNIPOS, Pastel, and Basic Recons for accurate inventory and financial management.

HR Management:
Handle Human Resources management responsibilities.
Demonstrate proficiency in conflict management.

Client Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
Prioritize excellent customer service.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in African languages is advantageous.
Fluency in Afrikaans is desirable.

Security and Alarm Systems:
Possess experience in alarm and security systems.
Ensure the safety and security of business assets.

Health and Professionalism:
Maintain a healthy and professional work environment.
Exhibit a strong work ethic and dedication.

Requirements:
Grade 12
Degree/Diploma/Certificate is Business Administration desirable
Proven experience in stock control and management.
Familiarity with UNIPOS, Pastel, and Basic Recons.
Previous HR management experience.
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of alarm and security systems.
Reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
