Role Description
This is a part‑time remote role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Business Manager, you will oversee daily business operations, including credit control, patient scheduling and business development. You will collaborate closely with the director to schedule appointments, contact medical and insurance agencies, ensure that patients are booked and followed up with their appointments and drive the growth of the practice. Administrative oversight and patient management will be the key responsibilities.
Qualifications Must have 5-10 years of experience in business management and the business development field
Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting and performance tracking
Experience in team leadership, staff coordination, and conflict resolution
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients and patients
Familiarity with healthcare or physiotherapy related industry operations is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and industry related software
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
