This is a strategic role suited to a commercially strong individual with a proven ability to secure new business and build long-term client relationships. Role Purpose
To actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within distribution and contract logistics, while developing a sustainable sales pipeline and contributing to long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new clients within logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Drive revenue growth aligned with business strategy
Lead RFQ/RFP processes and commercial negotiations
Develop tailored logistics solutions for clients
Expand services within existing client accounts (upselling & cross‑selling)
Collaborate with operations to ensure solution feasibility
Strengthen presence in key sectors (manufacturing, retail, agriculture, etc.) Minimum Requirements Business development / sales within logistics or supply chain Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
