Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities within the UK financial recruitment space.
Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
Utilise platforms such as Linked In Sales Navigator and CRM systems to identify and track leads.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions.
Present recruitment solutions in a consultative manner to potential clients.
Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment or financial services sector.
Demonstrable success in cold calling and traditional sales techniques ("old school" approach).
Proficient with Linked In Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
