We are looking for a detail-driven and commercially curious Junior Business Developer to join our team. This is a support role within the Business Development Team, designed to build exposure across customer engagement, product development, and commercial processes. It offers a strong foundation for growth into a Business Developer role over time.
Role Overview
You will support the Business Development team in the coordination and execution of projects across customers and suppliers. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, strong organisation, and effective follow-through across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities Support preparation for customer and supplier engagements (presentations, data, agendas).
Track project timelines, actions, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
Assist with product development activities, including samples, specifications, coordination, cook-ups, photo shoots, and tasting sessions.
Maintain accurate commercial, product, and pricing documentation.
Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to support decision-making.
Assist with internal coordination across Technical, Product, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. What We're Looking For: Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, project, or product-related environment.
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable following up with stakeholders.
