The Business Analyst will own requirements definition and product backlog specification across the delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue between clinical stakeholders, solution architects, and the engineering team, translating clinical and business intent into structured, build-ready requirements that engineering teams can execute against and clinical stakeholders can validate.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, and experience working within Agile delivery environments, particularly across data, analytics, or platform-driven projects.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Analytics projects
Demonstrable experience:
Writing user stories
Managing Agile product backlogs
Supporting sprint-based delivery environments
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills
Strong documentation and process-mapping capabilities
Experience working within Agile / Scrum methodologies
Preferred Experience
Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or life sciences environments
