Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, composition, or print/mail/digital industries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience in Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, or Insurance industries.
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and business analysis tools.
Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or related certification preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Working Conditions

Standard office environment with flexible hours to support North American clients.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct client requirement workshops and develop detailed documentation, including:
Data mapping, transformation, and business rules
User stories, workflow analysis, and proof of concepts
Print, mail, and digital document services (HTML, portals, delivery)
Financial, Utility, Healthcare, and Insurance document composition (statements, bills, notices)
Compliance, branding, and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, QA, Development, Operations) to ensure successful solution delivery.
Manage scope for change requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Analyze integrations, mergers, and conversions of document types and platforms.
Enhance client experience through CCM solutions.
Work flexible hours to support North American time zones.
