Duties & Responsibilities: This is a store-based retail position that will require meeting and exceeding set sales targets every month. Offering an exceptional experience to every client in accordance with Browns standards. Build on your clienteling expertise - you would have a strong ability to develop long-term relationships with customers and build and manage a client book. Hitting targets with a hunger to earn great commission. Provide excellent customer service and display excellent communication skills. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably retail sales experience. Experience in the luxury retail industry would be beneficial. Grade 12 certificate. Tertiary qualification in Psychology and/or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous. Package & Remuneration: Market related/competitive basic salary and commission structure.
