Store manager required for a well-established retail store in Moreleta Park.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Regional Operations Exec and Regional Executive.
• Manage a team of 5 sales employees, scheduling training and managing daily tasks.
• Achieving monthly target, and driving daily sales.
• Developing good customer relationships and address customer service needs.
• Dealing with, and resolving any complaints and queries that may arise.
• Manage inventory, maintenance and other operation functions.
• Implement and maintain value-adding processes in store.
• Liaise with relevant parties about store needs and new business opportunities.
• Daily store administration duties.
• Motivate and inspire your team.
Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 and relevant tertiary education.
• Must have 5 years’ previous retail management experience.
• Computer Literate.
• Live in the Pretoria area.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Own transport essential.
• Available to work retail trading hours.
• Applicant must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Contactable references essential.
