Branch Manager Market Related With Bonus And Incentive

Keytek (Pty) Ltd, a security wholesaler based in Boksburg, is looking to employ a dynamic and innovative Branch / Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in daily operations and sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations in a warehousing and sales environment
Business Development and Key Accounts Management
Provide Sales and Product training to distributors
Oversee a skilled production team and ensure production lead times are met
Oversee local and national logistics
Manage inventory at branch level
Perform basic HR function to a young and dynamic team
Internal maintenance of production equipment and machinery Desired Experience & Qualification
Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with clients, employees and stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience in sales and key accounts management
Past experience in warehousing and operational management
Relevant Tertiary qualifications are beneficial but experience speaks volumes Package & Remuneration
