Key Responsibilities Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance
Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals
Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff)
Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims
Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards
Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships Requirements Essential Matric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum)
8-10 years' management experience in the motor industry
Motor parts sales experience
P&L and financial management experience
Technical knowledge of automotive parts
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous) Skills Excellent leadership and people management abilities
