Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End BI Solutions: Design and implement robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the reporting warehouse
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications and provide accurate estimations
Platform Support & Optimization: Maintain and improve the existing BI platform, reverse-engineering processes for efficiency gains
Mentorship & Best Practices: Guide junior team members and champion industry-leading BI methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:

NQF6+ qualification in Computer Information Systems, Information Management, Finance, or Mathematics
Degree (NQF7+ preferred)
Experience & Technical Skills:

3+ years in ETL/Business Intelligence development (Microsoft BI Stack, SQL Server, SSIS)
Advanced SQL, SSIS, Dev Ops, and Power Apps expertise
1+ years of Power BI report development
Strong SDLC knowledge, Kimball methodology, and dimensional data modelling
Competencies:
