Introduction To be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems of vehicles. Analyze and interpret technical diagrams Identify concerns regarding the work to be carried out Complete and process job cards/reports Fix damaged electrical components and parts Identify and diagnose issues with vehicles/trailers electrical system Install and repair electrical wiring on vehicles/trailers Prepare estimate for cost and labor hours Service, repair and replace faulty wiring and electrical components and systems Test vehicles/trailers lighting system Troubleshoot vehicles/trailers electrical systems Minimum Requirements Grade 12/Matric Valid Code 10 driver’s license & PDP3 to 5 years working experience as an auto electrician Qualification: electrical engineering NQF level 4 Own Vehicle Willingness to work late shifts where necessary Respect and Care: Always show respect, care for and treat everyone fairly, put people first Integrity and Loyalty: Display loyalty, display integrity, do the right thing always!Can Do: Must have a can-do attitude, believe in yourself, and live out our values always.
