Founded in 2017, this dynamic, fast-growing team of 10–15 collaborators blends sales strategy and high-impact marketing to elevate exclusive furniture collections in B2 B channels.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with design studios, architectural firms, and high-end furniture retailers. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding the firm’s presence in the UK and U. S. markets, reaching out to decision-makers and booking 20 qualified appointments per month (10 UK, 10 US).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and Linked In to design, architecture, and retail contacts.
Generate and book 20 qualified meetings per month (split between UK & US markets).
Engage design professionals and decision-makers with authentic, value-driven conversations.
Research target firms and tailor outreach messaging to their design style and portfolio focus.
Use CRM and engagement tools (Apollo, Zoho Bigin, Klenty, Hub Spot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
Track key metrics (calls, connects, meetings booked) and consistently meet monthly targets.
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (remote sales a plus).
Demonstrated success in cold calling or email outreach to UK and/or US markets.
Native-level or C2 English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement tools such as Apollo, Klenty, Hub Spot, or Salesforce.
Comfortable doing High Volume Cold calling when needed
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Professional, confident demeanour when engaging senior design professionals.
Based in a time zone allowing UK & US outreach within 11 AM – 7 PM CET.
Nice to Haves
Experience in luxury products, furniture, or interior design.
Previous SDR success targeting architects, designers, or retailers.
Understanding of B2 B sales cycles for bespoke or high-value products.
Competitive base pay: €499 - €599 (depending on experience)
