We are a growing hands-on shopfitting company seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure materials, schedules, equipment, staff, and subcontractors are aligned and productive.
Manage and coordinate various operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain clear communication channels across teams to facilitate project success.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
