Overview SUMMARY: Strategic leader, who has tactical, hands-on approach POSITION INFO: Responsible for the companys technological infrastructure and data strategy.
Oversee data governance, develop data strategy, manage technology teams, and ensure that data and technology initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing data architecture and security, guiding technology choices, and leading teams of data scientists, engineers, and analyst.
In the short term, you'll focus onstabilising deliveryand strengthening foundations.
Over time, you'll build amodern, data-driven ecosystemthat enables smarter decisions, sharper insights, and meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities Define and deliver acomprehensive Data & Technology strategyaligned to organisational goals.
Lead, coach, and empower teams across Data, Analytics, Development, and Business Analysis.
Establish and upholddata governance, coding standards, and delivery best practices.
Chair the Technology Steering Committee , prioritising initiatives and resource allocation.
Overseesystem stability , ensuring uninterrupted operations and proactive incident management.
Managebudgets, cloud infrastructure, and vendor relationshipsefficiently.
Championagile delivery methodsand continuous process improvement.
Act as asenior escalation pointfor technology, data, and analytics challenges.
Foster a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provideinsightful reportsand performance updates to senior leadership and the board.
Requirements BDegreein Computer Science, Information Systems, , or a related field.
6+ years' experiencein senior data and technology leadership roles.
Proven record ofbuilding, scaling, and leadinghigh-performing technology and data teams.
Expertise incloud platforms, data governance, analytics, and agile delivery.
Exceptionalleadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to delivershort-term impactandlong-term transformation.
