A minimum of BSc / BEng Civil Engineering (non-negotiable)
10 years of design of Structures on Commercial and Industrial projects
PR Eng. (non-negotiable)
Must still be able to design, mentor, oversee designs
Managerial / Technical Director level
Experience leading and running a design team of Structural Engineers, Technicians and Draughtsman
Attends site visits on a regular basis to ensure that the project is being executed in accordance to set requirements
Assists by providing guidance and advice
Ensure that all major construction phases are done correctly and in accordance with the drawings and designs
Oversee all phases of the project
Produce revisions for the required changes if any
Close-out inspection and ensure that the quality and integrity of the building comply with the regulatory requirements
