As part of our strategic expansion in South Africa, we are seeking qualified and dedicated Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic and growing project team.

Civil Engineers Mechanical Engineers
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects. Supervise and coordinate site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and quality assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors. Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and cost estimates. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality parameters.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Professional registration (ECSA or equivalent) will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: R 20,000 – R 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience). Quarterly Profit-Sharing Scheme as part of company equity participation.
