Senior Industrial Engineer

Location: Centurion

The Industrial Engineer required, will form part of the engineering release process and will be responsible for industrial and process engineering-related functions.

Requirements:

1. BTech or BEng (Industrial Engineering)
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
3. Understanding of time study and production line balancing
4. Good to Advanced MS Office skills
5. 3 D Modelling Software Experience (NX Unigraphics, Assault Composer, and Siemens Team Centre would be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

He/she will work with the engineering team to:

1. Review and approve sub-systems for each product line in terms of build feasibility.
2. Set-up detailed production line process models detailing how and where sub-assemblies get installed on the production floor.
3. Investigate issues found on the production line and the corrective action(s) thereof.
