Senior Industrial Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric (Grade 12)
2. BSC / BEng (Industrial Engineer) - ESSENTIAL
3. 5 years or more relevant Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience or other industry-related experience
4. 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma
5. 5 years experience in Business Analysis and Change Management - essential
6. Experience in Supply Chain optimization, planning and design
7. Development of BRS (Business Requirement Specifications)
8. Development of SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
9. WMS/ERP systems skills and experience: Operational experience, and development experience will be advantageous
10. TMS systems skills and experience

Responsibilities:

1. This role directly supports company objectives and contributes to identifying, analyzing, and developing value-adding and robust solutions for current and prospective customers.
2. This role directly supports the company objectives of effective change management across multiple streams, projects, and business objectives.
3. Ensuring strategic business objectives and projects are scoped, analyzed, implemented, sustained, and measured.
4. Effectively managing the change in various business segments (Departments).
5. Guiding the Organization through the S-Curve.
6. The role directly supports the Lean Six Sigma goals and strategy for the Company identifying, analyzing, and implementing CIP initiatives.
7. Warehouse Optimization and Planning.
8. Transport Optimization and Planning.
9. Successful collaboration with the Operations team and other internal stakeholders is critical.
10. Successful collaboration with EXCO and Top Management is critical.
