We are seeking a Site Supervisor in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

In this role, you will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.

The role:

Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
Manage and direct on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
3 years of relevant experience needed, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in building and construction.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & understanding of Architectural drawings.
Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
Valid drivers license.
Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
