Overview Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Electrician to join their team in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities: To do electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical work, including schedule activities, installations and fault finding on equipment, buildings and systems.

Including project work.

All installation work done to comply with SANS 10142 Parts 1& 2.

Ensure optimal plant performance, so as to achieve OEE targets.

Duties include but will not be limited to Safety Checks Circuit and system measure and analysis.

Control system design and construction Faultfinding on electrical and electro-mechanical systems Servicing of equipment Wiring for power and control circuits Waterproofing of electrical equipment Wiring of premises Breakdown repairs Detailed feedback on work done, failures, materials used, time used System improvement plans & recommendations Requirements: Qualified Electrician and at least N5 certificate Experience working in FMCG plants with refrigeration equipment as well.

Experience working with electronic grading systems Experience working on refrigeration plant and equipment control systems PLC programming experience Candidates should have own transport.

Experience in HT switching would be advantageous.

Root cause analysis (5 Why’s Structured problem solving Experience with Variable speed drives.
