This role is not first-line support and not theory-based.
You will work across multiple customer tenants, designing, securing, standardising, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments at scale.
You are expected to operate independently, make architectural decisions, and be comfortable being the escalation point for complex cloud and security issues.
