Role Description This is a contract, full-time position for a Junior Project Manager, located on-site in Durban at our head office.
The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing logistics, expediting processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Regular reporting and updates to stakeholders are also key components of this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and processes.
Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities for project deliverables.
Knowledge of Inspection procedures to ensure on-site and off-site quality standards are met.
Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and optimize workflow.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in property or construction development is a plus.
