About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Environmental and Social Compliance Officer to include in our bid for a transportation project in Lesotho.

The successful candidate will have qualifications and experience in environment and social compliance with experience in highway construction.

Core role requirements: Below represents the core responsibilities of this role; this is by no means an exhaustive list: Qualifications and experience in environment and social compliance with experience in highway construction Training will be provided to fulfil the requirements of your role, your participation to all essential training will be required.

To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, additional tasks and responsibilities will form part of this role as it evolves Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or relevant field with 7 years’ experience in Highway projects.

Experience as an Environmental and Social expert on at least two successfully completed similar nature and complexity consulting assignments.

Competent in office packages, Microsoft, excel Power Point etc.

Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage many tasks concurrently.

Excellent clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
