Anchor Powerlines (Pty) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Foreman to join our team and lead site operations for electrical reticulation and line construction projects across the Western Cape.
Position Details:· Type: Full-Time· Days: Monday to Friday· Hours: 07:00 am to 17:00 pm Key Responsibilities:· Lead daily operations for MV/HV/LV reticulation and line construction projects.· Supervise site teams and manage subcontractors.· Ensure full compliance with OHS, NOSA, and Eskom safety standards.· Interpret and implement technical drawings and specs.· Oversee materials, equipment, and site inventory.· Submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.· Liaise with Eskom, municipalities, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Foreman on powerline, cable, or reticulation projects.· Relevant technical qualification or trade certification.· Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Familiarity with Eskom procedures, NHBRC, and municipal regulations.· OHS/NOSA/First Aid certification is advantageous.· A commitment to environmental and community sustainability is a plus.
