Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician.
Location: Cape Town CBD Requirements: Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
Must be proficient in Auto CAD and Revit.
Experience in using ACC (Auto Desk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM.
Must be based in Cape Town
Own motor vehicle required
Drivers License
Sketch Up and rendering skills would be an added bonus. About
The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects.
Production of tender and working drawings.
Coordination with other professionals.
Coordination of fthe low of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Coordination/management & input on site.
