The position is based at the Legal Aid SA National Office in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. KEY OUTPUTSAssist in gathering and documenting user requirements for business process automation using K2. Support the development and maintenance of K2 Smart Forms, Workflows, Views and Smart Objects. Assist in creating functional specifications and basic technical documentation under guidance. Support software testing and logging of test results, ensuring compliance with the IS Software Change Management Policy. Provide basic application support and troubleshoot workflow-related issues. Participate in deployments and updates to K2 solutions with guidance from senior team members. Support data analysis and reporting tasks through K2 and Microsoft SQL Server. Collaborate with the IS team to manage incidents and service requests. Continuously develop technical and business process knowledge. Expected to work extended hours when required. COMPETENCIES (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES) REQUIREDNational Senior/Matric certificate plus a three (3) year tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of1 to 2 years’relevant experience in software development or business process automation. Exposure to or knowledge of: Microsoft. NET C# (ASP. NET, MVC or Windows Forms)K2 development (Smart Forms, Workflows, Smart Objects)Share Point 2013 or higher Microsoft SQL Server (2014 or higher)Basic understanding of system design, testing and business processes. A K2 Foundation or equivalent introductory certification is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is beneficial. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
