Job Overview Our client is in the media and music industry. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a Media Company (TV, Radio, etc.)Fluency in English and Afrikaans; French will be an advantage but not a prerequisite. Responsibilities Oversee the Editorial Line of the Channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision. Manage the On Air Autopromotion renewing plan to maintain channel's freshness and appeal. Make decisions on Weekly Playlist Changes, including new entries, countdowns, etc. Engage in music monitoring and video research, employing Data Tools such as soundcharts exports. Drive performance management of the channels and related products, with support from Marketing, including audience research, distribution, and digital performance monitoring. Spearhead projects such as Grid Changes or the introduction of New Shows. Act as the primary contact with key stakeholders in the music industry, including labels, record companies, and artists, while collaborating with the company's Artists manager. Approve company's Global Deals, Pack Artists, and Landing Page submissions.
