Responsibilities
Analyzing client data and behavior to find optimization opportunities
Setting up and running A/B tests and user research
Advising clients and setting impactful priorities
Contributing to marketing strategies and online growth
Collaborating with advertising, copy, SEO, design, and development
Further developing our clients CRO/UX proposition
Identifying new opportunities and translating them into plans
Actively contributing to client presentations and reports
Ensuring a data-driven approach in projects
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools. Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in CRO and UX
Experience with A/B testing and user research
Strong communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Analytical mindset with tools like GA and Hotjar
Knowledge of online marketing strategies
Tool-agnostic and experience with various testing tools is a plus
Able to think strategically with clients
Team player who loves collaboration
